#RunningTo: Week 12 in Review: West Palm Beach, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, The Badlands

So, this last week of wandering was one of the most random and diverse yet. I flew to south Florida for my uncle's wedding, then returned to my poor lonely car in Denver and resumed my road trip eastward.I saw Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse, the astounding Native American rock sculpture that's been in progress since 1948 (and still going!). I also camped in the famed Badlands just east of Rushmore.Oh, and along the way I also did that #ALSIceBucketChallenge in middle-of-nowhere Wyoming. It was quite the week for wandering, let me tell you! Here are some of my favorite #RunningTo Week 12 moments from coast-to-coast.#RunningTo: Plane#RunningTo: Stuart, FL#RunningTo: FL Wedding#RunningTo: FL Wedding#RunningTo: Tom Cat#RunningTo: Grace#RunningTo: Mount Rushmore#RunningTo: Crazy Horse, SD#RunningTo: The Badlands, SD#RunningTo: BadlandsAnd finally . . .#ALSIceBucketChallengeYup. I did it. I was nominated, and I caved. Here's my #ALSIceBucketChallenge video in all its glory. BTW: how bizarre is it that my challenge took place in a town called CHUGWATER? Should I have drunk the ice water instead of dumping it all over me?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=trimZne_QswHave you taken the #ALSIceBucketChallenge? Comment with a link to your icy video of glory! Also, who's your favorite Rushmore president? I'm going with Tommy Jeff because of his famed writer status.
