Welcome kiddies and kiddos to the metaphoric Hump Day of my week-long move to the West. Actually, Day 3 did indeed occur on a Wednesday. So chew on that for a while. But not too long.
Day 1 took me to a friend’s place in Shreveport, Louisiana, and Day 2 carried me to the luxurious Luxury Inn & Suites in Amarillo, Texas.
And now comes Day 3, from Amarillo to Albuquerque. The highlight of Hump Day was stopping at a New Mexican rest stop and framing my brother for a crime. Good times. You’ll just have to watch and see.
