I’m currently on vacation in Pennsylvania and will remain on various portions of the east coast through the first week of January. So as a fun way to close out 2011 on my blog, I’ll be posting videos from my life-altering road trip to the West over a year ago.
I title these videos “Westward Ho” because, well, I was driving from Georgia to California. And I wore a Santa hat the whole time.

So here we go with my video findings from my first day on the road, traversing the gulf states from Georgia to Louisiana. You can ignore the part where I completely neglect the Mississippi River.
